The Obélisque de la Victoire is a prominent monument located at the center of Avenue de l'Indépendance d'Oportie in Vanie, the capital city of Oportia. The obelisk, standing 25 meters tall and carved from a single block of granite, was erected in 1726 AN to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Oportia's founding.

The monument features intricate hieroglyphic-style engravings depicting scenes from Oportian history, including the establishment of the First Oportian Republic and the 1721 Oportian protests. The apex of the obelisk is adorned with a gold-plated pyramidion. The Obélisque de la Victoire is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped plaza, making it a popular gathering place for locals and tourists alike, who come to admire its grandeur and pay homage to the nation's rich history.
