Thank you. Could the account 'Jack' be moved to Coria, and a government account 'Coria Treasury' be created?

Ive moved your account as requested. Regarding the creation of new accounts, you should be able to do that on your own.

I know, but an account needs to be given admin powers, I guess Jack could be the admin account as well.

Ok, it should be done. I've given "Jack" admin access for Coria. Let me know if there are still any issues.
