By virtue of the powers endowed in me under Part II, section F of the Anunia Convention, I hereby issue a forced peace upon all Parties.

A TREATY
between
THE ANTICAN REPUBLIC
THE REPUBLIC OF ASHKENATZA
THE KINGDOM OF BABKHA
THE KINGDOM OF HAMLAND
THE IMPERIAL MERCENARY EMPIRE
THE IMPERIAL REPUBLIC OF SHIREROTH
and on behalf of
THE OCIAN FEDERATION

1. Cessation of hostilities
The state of war that has for some time recently existed between the Parties is ended.

2. Withdrawal of troops
Unless awarded that land by virtue of section three below, or otherwise by agreement with the host Party, all Parties agree to withdraw their troops from the territories of the other Parties.

3. Division of territory
The following land is ceded by the Ocian Federation:
a) The Ocian land on the Island of Leng is ceded to the Imperial Mercenary Empire.
b) The Ocian lands comprising the Territory of Vistoc are ceded to the Imperial Mercenary Empire.
c) The Ocian lands on the continent of Benacia are hereby ceded to the Republic of Ashkenatza, on behalf of IRAC, to be administered with a view to the restoration the sovereignty of the Provisional Amokolian Authority.
d) The Ocian lands on the continent of Apollonia are ceded to the Antican Republic.
The Parties are requested to submit their own Claim forms.

I'm not signing a peace treaty the war isn't over.

You have indicated your intention to cease Ocian involvement in the war, for that reason I have issued a forced peace treaty.

If you fail to sign this treaty within a reasonable amount of time, I will signify as such on the treaty and the war will be considered to have ended.

well... he wants to fight... i suppose that means Ocia is not going to give up in this war yet...

and seeing as ocia is not able to field a full strength for sometime (a week or so ), i do believe the best action would be to pause the war until such time (a week) is up.. and if Ocia still does not field a full strength (namely, montague, randchenko and kovac), then the forced treaty should take place.

Thank you for your opinion. However, Kovac did say that: 'I bar any Ocian Party or anyone on the Ocian side from furthermore participating in this BS biased recwar'...

Given that the Ocian party have repeatedly signified their refusal to consent to a peace treaty of any description, and given that the war has to all intents and purposes finished;

therefore on behalf of the Ocian Federation, I hereby affix my signature to this treaty.
